There is no person in the world that does not have stress. Main difference only comes on how you manage it. The better you manage stress, the healthier you will become. It has been scientifically proven that a hormone called cortisol which is produced when you are under stress is directly related to the increase in belly fat. Some simple ways of reducing stress is meditating, engaging in positive and friendly talks, doing exercises and setting time to relax. Always try and avoid all the things that might stress you.
